Aaron has a keen interest in all aspects of Podiatry but is particularly interested in the biomechanical and sport side of the profession. Christine Hall, RMT
Everyone can benefit from massage! Christine has been practicing massage therapy for 9 years in different settings; private practice, within a physiotherapy clinic, within a chiropractic clinic, a spa and a multidisciplinary clinic.
She also enjoyed being a contributing part of the NL MTA as a director for several years. Christine integrates Soft Tissue Release, Craniosacral therapy, muscle energy- Myofascial release, Ayurvedic training, and cupping into her treatments. All of which she has received certification for.
She is truly passionate about the human body and is open to discovering all ways of healing. Christine has had the pleasure of volunteering as a massage therapist in the world’s weights lifting championship in 2008 and for many wonderful causes and associations through Body Quest Health and Wellness Centre.
Carla Pomeroy, RMT, B.A.
Carla completed her massage therapy training and received an Advanced Diploma with Honours from Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology in Barrie, Ontario and holds a certificate in Cupping Therapy. Since joining the Body Quest Health and Wellness Centre team, she provides on-site therapy for the Paradise Triathlon, participates in the Teen Challenge Walk, and paddles in the Dragon Boat Races each summer.
Carla empowers her patients and gives them the tools to take charge of their recovery and get back to their lives.
If you see her, you will have "homework": exercises and hydrotherapy designed for you and updated regularly.
Carla values the multi-disciplinary environment and loves learning from each health professional involved with the patient.
It's good to mix (a little) humour with healing, and Carla can be seen wearing multi-coloured scrubs for each holiday or entertaining little visitors. When she is not working, you can find her outdoors: reading a mystery with two spoiled felines, digging in her garden, kayaking, going for a hike or four-wheeling around the bay with family and friends.
Favorite Phrase: 'I love to see you, but let's get you outta here!’

My name is John-Paul Gordon, I am 36 years old, and I am a podiatrist with Body Quest Health and Wellness Centre. I spent my early years growing up in the west end of St. John's and then spent four years living in the Goulds. At the age of 10, my family settled in Mount Pearl and decided to make this small city our home. Upon completion of high school, I attended Memorial University and attained a Bachelor of Commerce degree, followed by a short stint studying French at Université Laval in Quebec City.
I was then hired by the Provincial Government, Department of Health and Community Services, and employed with the task of recruiting physicians from our medical school to service the rural areas of Newfoundland and Labrador. My tenure with the Government was an enjoyable and rewarding one and gave me a great deal of insight into health care in this Province. In speaking with many physicians, I came to realize that there was a need for podiatry services in Newfoundland and decided to venture down this career path. I was accepted into the podiatry program at The Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences in Toronto in early 2010 and completed the program with distinction in 2013. I returned to St. John's immediately following my graduation and has been practicing in the city ever since.

Nicole values an active approach to treatment, with a focus on educating the client to gain self-management techniques and understand their condition. She pairs this with manual therapy and modalities for a well-rounded approach to treatment.
As a special interest, Nicole has developed seniors programs and educated retirement groups in the community. She enjoys her work in the clinic as well as Home Physiotherapy visits for those with mobility issues.
Nicole has been involved in gymnastics and cheerleading as an athlete, coach and judge. She has a passion for helping others and is still involved in coaching with Special Olympics Mount Pearl’s Rhythmic Gymnastics Program.
